RATIOJET Roller Conveyor Machines
Working width 250mm, With the DTF 25 SH the surface is carefully „grinded off “instead of chipping it away. Thus, the machine runs calmly and produces a smooth surface. The DTF 25 SH has a drum that is equipped with diamond blades. It removes the material very precisely. For grooving or milling you can choose between two different diamond blades: one for rough and one for smooth surface preparation. For running the machine, you must connect the water-cooling system so the diamond blades do not overheat. The machine is available as an 11-kW electrical version with a hydraulic traction unit, Pairing with Von Arx machines T7 dust extractor. RATIOJET Belt Conveyor Machines
The belt conveyor machines are designed to treat the surface of marble, granite, stone, and concrete. The elements are transported through the machine by means of a belt conveyor. The speed of the conveyor is continuously adjusted.
Applications: surface refinement, roughness improvement, anti-slip treatment.

The hanging conveyor machines have a wide range of applications. They are recommended for treating many various kinds of elements such as: welded structures, castings, frames, small assemblies, forgings. RATIOJET Hanging Single Load Machines
The hanging conveyor machines are designed to be continuously loaded or single-loaded, depending on the type of treatment process. Machines intended for a single load are equipped with an overhead conveyor which makes it possible to move one hook inside the cleaning chamber, while the other hook is being loaded or unloaded outside. The elements are hung individually or in clusters on hooks. During the blasting process the hook rotates and oscillates to enable the abrasive to reach any point on the workpiece surface.

RATIOJET Tumble Machines With Rubber Or Steel Belt
Wheel blast machines designed for bulk treatment are recommended for treating small and medium-size elements which can be tumbled in large group. The essential feature of these machines is the minimum space needed for installation.
The tumble machines are equipped with a “C”-shaped band where elements are loaded and treated.
Tumble machines can be equipped with a rubber belt designed to treat small and medium-size elements or steel belt (manganese steel) designed to treat heavy elements of small and medium-size.
Applications: derusting, descaling, deflashing, painting surface preparation.
